DELIVERY TIMES & RETURNS
Delivery time varies depending on the purchased item. You will be able to select the requested delivery method upon checkout.
All our COLLECTION items will be shipped within 5 working days via DHL Express. Delivery will be made between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
As all our products are handmade and BUILD just for you, we ask that you kindly allow up to 5 weeks for single cubes and custom pieces to be delivered.

All orders will be sent with DHL Express. Allow 1-2 working days of the order date. For orders outside of the European Union, DHL will contact you directly should your item be held in customs for payment of duty (see ‘Customs’ below). For some areas outside Europe, delivery could take longer, please contact our Customer Service for an exact time.
* Please note: We deliver to Russia via DHL’s MODE service which uses the Russian postage system. Items are usually delivered within 14 days of purchase.
Next day shipping outside of Germany is priced on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Customer Service for further information.
When ordering goods from BOUME for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, BOUME is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and BOUME cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

BOUME insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example
as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by BOUMÉ and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We accept returns of orders from our COLLECTIONS within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their new condition and in all original packaging for an immediate refund or exchange. Please also include the certificate stating the item’s serial number. Refunds will only be processed with bank transfer.
Making a return or exchange is easy using our free next day collection service with DHL. Please note that due to customs restrictions, we do not offer returns for items shipped to Russia and Kyrgyzstan. Our address for all returns: Boumé UG, Thalkirchnerstr. 54, 80337 Munich, Germany and we request that you contact us at in relation to such returns. Please note that we will not accept liability for goods that are not returned via DHL.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any customized (BUILD ME) returns, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. We stand for precision and high quality yet faults do occur. If a quality concern is detected please contact us immediately. If for any reason you are unhappy with your BOUME please contact us and we will do everything in our power to keep up with your satisfaction. Please keep your certificate and invoice as reference.
If an item is damaged as a result of wear or should you experience any difficulties, please contact our Customer Service and we will gladly arrange for repair or exchange of the faulty item. Please keep your certificate and invoice as reference.
