Customs
When ordering goods from BOUME for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, BOUME is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and BOUME cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Insurance
BOUME insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by BOUME and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Returns & Exchange
Orders can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. We can only accept returns if they are returned on time and in accordance with the return policy.

Please note that we do not offer free returns for sustainability reasons.

If you want to return your Items please make sure that these are unused and new in original packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any customised B YOU collection returns, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. We stand for precision and high quality yet faults do occur. If a quality concern is detected please contact us immediately. If for any reason you are unhappy with your BOUME please contact us and we will do everything in our power to keep up with your satisfaction. Please keep your certificate and invoice as reference.
